If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24 hours’ notice. This lets us plan our diary to allow access for other patients who may be in pain. There will be a charge for appointments which are not cancelled if you do not attend.
If you are in pain outside our normal surgery hours please telephone the practice. There will be a telephone message with specific arrangements for that day.
